To better serve our growing global client base, Continental Message Solution (CMS) is thrilled to announce the opening of our new call center facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The new location will supplement our existing headquarters and innovation center in Columbus, Ohio.
“The new office improves disaster preparedness by establishing a second location that is geographically dispersed and in an area without disruptions from inclement weather,” said Rich Titus, Director of Marketing and Business Development for CMS. “This allows us to better serve the Southwest and West Coast clientele and provides us with the space required to facilitate our continued growth.”
The Columbus location has been operational since the company’s founding in 1967 and currently supports thousands of clients worldwide.
In addition to supporting existing business, the Nevada location opens the door to further expansion thanks to a strong talent pool and diverse population.
“We’re excited about the job market in Las Vegas. There’s an abundance of skilled customer service professionals looking for fulfilling work and many different languages available to support our increasingly globalized client base,” Titus said. “We’re also bringing jobs to the area and that’s something everyone can benefit from.”
Located at 2950 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, the new facility is led by Carol Baker, a veteran with 20 years experience supervising call center operations for CMS in Columbus. The office opened in late September with a staff of 10 but is expected to expand to dozens of positions in coming years.
